本发明提供了一种寄生虫虫卵的富集观察装置和方法,包括薄膜芯片和滑台,薄膜芯片由基底和边缘密封在基底上的透明薄膜组成,透明薄膜与基底之间形成储液腔体,滑台内设有导柱,导柱上装有滑块,滑块上方设有手柄,下方设有滑片,滑片底端与基底的距离小于储液腔体最高点与基底的距离,薄膜芯片设有高低可调的支脚;通过滑块的左右移动对待测样本进行混匀操作,接着通过磁珠与寄生虫卵的特异性结合,并在磁场的作用下,实现虫卵在芯片上富集纯化,方便进行后续的显微镜检测。本发明同时适用于粪便、尿液等排泄物的寄生虫卵富集,通过上述的装置和使用方法,本发明不但实现了寄生虫卵的特异性富集操作,并可直接用于显微观察,操作简单,易于实现自动化。
The present invention provides a device and method for the enrichment observation of parasite eggs, comprising a thin film chip and a slide table. The thin film chip is composed of a substrate and a transparent film sealed at the edge on the substrate, forming a liquid storage cavity between the transparent film and the substrate. The slide table is equipped with guide columns, with sliders mounted on the guide columns. A handle is positioned above the sliders, and sliders are positioned below. The distance between the bottom end of the slider and the substrate is less than the distance between the highest point of the liquid storage cavity and the substrate. The thin film chip is equipped with adjustable height feet. The mixing operation of the test sample is performed by the left and right movement of the slider. Subsequently, parasite eggs are specifically bound to magnetic beads and enriched and purified on the chip under the action of a magnetic field, facilitating subsequent microscopic examination. This invention is also applicable to the enrichment of parasite eggs in excreta such as feces and urine. Through the described device and method, the present invention not only achieves specific enrichment of parasite eggs but also enables direct microscopic observation, with simple operation and easy automation."

一种利用权利要求1至5任一项所述寄生虫虫卵富集观察装置进行虫卵观察的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.将待检样本溶液加入到薄膜芯片(4)中,同时加入磁性颗粒溶液,确保待检样本溶液和磁性颗粒溶液的体积的综合不超过储液腔体体积的三分之二;
S2.通过手柄(2)将滑块(8)移动到滑台(1)一侧端,来回滑动手柄(2),使得薄膜芯片(4)内的溶液充分混匀;
S3.将磁铁(9)置于薄膜芯片(4)的一侧端下,同时滑动手柄(2),等待磁性颗粒与寄生虫虫卵的复合物富集在靠近磁铁(9)的区域:
S4.调高支脚的高度,缓慢移动滑块(8),使得滑片(7)停留在恰好隔离磁性颗粒与寄生虫虫卵的复合物的位置
S5.将整个虫卵观察装置置于显微镜上观察。
